The Delmonico Townhomes are managed by Z & R Property Management. The Association dues "assessments" for 2010 are $110.00 per home, per month. All homes pay the same dues amount. Assessments are due on the first of each month and are considered late if received after the 15th of the month, when a $20.00 late fee is imposed. The Association's Fiscal year runs January to December. All homes are issued one (1) covered space under a carport and one (1) open space (except Units 6106, 6056, 131, 222 and 6343 that have both spaces covered). Spaces marked as GUEST, are for guests/visitors only, no resident parking in guest spaces is permitted. Board Meetings are normally held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM at the Viewpointe Senior Living Center on Rockrimmon Blvd. Please call Z & R to verify meeting time/date and to be placed on the agenda. No December meeting.
